Feeling lighter, energised and more balanced after a decade of mould illness and chronic inflammation
What was happening for you that you sought out lymphatic drainage specifically and how long had this been going on?
I’d been struggling with Mould Illness and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) for about a decade, and it really took a toll on my energy levels. I dealt with fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation that made everyday life feel exhausting. I tried different treatments and lifestyle changes, but nothing seemed to help long-term. I started looking into ways to support my body’s detox process, and that’s when I came across lymphatic drainage therapy. Since starting it, I’ve noticed a real difference, better energy, less brain fog, and just feeling lighter overall.
What were your goals in trying this service with me for the first time - what were you seeking to change, feel or achieve?
My main goal was to reduce fluid retention and help my body feel more balanced. I was also looking for relief from general fatigue and inflammation, which had been making me feel sluggish and weighed down. More than anything, I wanted to feel lighter, more energised, and vibrant in my day-to-day life.
How did you feel during and after our first session together?
During the session, I felt a noticeable release and sense of relaxation, like my body was finally letting go of built-up tension. Afterward, I felt an immediate shift, lighter, more energised, and less weighed down. It was like a fog had lifted, and I could feel my body working more efficiently.
How are you feeling now that we've been on this journey for a little while? Have you seen significant changes in your original symptoms?
I’ve definitely noticed positive changes since starting this journey. My body feels lighter, less sluggish, and more balanced overall. I’ve found that I feel my best when I come in regularly, as it helps keep my energy levels up and my symptoms more manageable. It’s made a real difference in how I feel day to day!
Have you noticed any other, perhaps unexpected, improvements or benefits this journey has brought you?
Aside from feeling more energised, I’ve noticed my digestion feels better, and I seem to be sleeping more deeply. Overall, I just feel like my body is working more smoothly, and I have a better sense of balance and well-being. It’s been really nice to see those extra benefits!
