What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Lymphatic Drainage uses specific techniques to stimulate lymphatic flow along precise pathways to support your lymphatic system in doing what it innately knows how to do.

Lymphatic drainage techniques are traditionally very gentle and light touch, and I combine these with my knowledge and experience as a massage therapist to create a dynamic, relaxing and invigorating lymphatic drainage session.

Everybody is welcome to book a first consultation and drainage appointment. It's important that you see for yourself how transformative lymphatic drainage is.
