My career in wellness (kind of) began when I was 8 years old when my mum trained in aromatherapy massage and would practice on us at home.

I was completely sold on the incredible intelligence of the body and hands-on healing. The seeds were sown to one day recreate the experience and invite others to my studio for healing therapies of their own.

Hi, I’m Lisa.

Fast forward to 2014 when, freshly armed with a Diploma in Swedish Massage, I set out to save the world one massage at a time.

That foundational qualification was the first step that led me to where I am now - which is helping mostly women to recover their vitality and feel great through facials and skin care, manual lymphatic drainage, and jaw therapy.

I absolutely love for people to feel good and my approach to skin, lymph and jaw health combines transformative in-studio sessions with a bespoke and achievable home care plan.

Specialising in skin, lymph and jaw health is quite a unique blend and is one that represents a few of my own life experiences.

I am the now 40 year old woman who was a:
· spotty teenager who then spent a fair few years sun worshipping - and those years absolutely caught up with me.

· pretty good Saturday dance-school kid who was forever active (ballet dancing and bike rides were the staples of my childhood) who became a quite sedentary, tired and sluggish adult.

· grieving and shocked 30-something who lost my healthy and life-loving dad (and biggest supporter) suddenly on his 69th birthday. As a result (one result of many) I started to clench my jaw throughout the night under the weight of intense emotional stress and sought to find a fix.
