JAW THERAPY FOR TMJ

I’d been struggling with migraines for 15 years and noticeable jaw tension for about a year before I sought out jaw therapy. My goal was to reduce the tension in my face and jaw and learn how to recognise the early signs before it worsened.

From the very first session, I felt a huge difference—I left feeling much lighter, slept deeply that night, and even noticed that my face looked healthier and more relaxed.

Now, after working with Lisa for a while, I hardly experience jaw tension at all. She not only helped alleviate it but also taught me techniques to manage minor tension at home before it escalates. 

Another outcome of this journey has been the reduction in both the frequency and intensity of my migraines.

Lisa has been an incredible support throughout—she truly listens, offers insightful advice, and prioritises my well-being. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
